This museum is one of the oldest in the city and is housed in a beautiful building on the main thoroughfare, Rue Voltaire. The interesting collection of exhibitions focuses on the beginnings of men and animals, how they have developed and how they continue to develop. There are many artefacts and samples on display that have been collected from across the world. Interestingly, there is also a live animal section containing crocodiles and snakes.
