The main church is a good looking structure that was built around the same time as the perimeter wall of the community in the middle ages. It stands tall above the surrounding buildings and can be seen from miles away standing out in the vines. Internally the church is most noted because of the great decoration that has been put on the altar, bathed in interesting coloured light by the stained glass windows that are behind it.
