This beach is situated just to the south of the main city of Marseille, and offers a great stretch of golden sand, on the Mediterranean coastline. The beach is extremely popular with thrill seekers, as it offers a great range of sports including windsurfing, paragliding and waterskiing. Deck chairs and sun beds are available for hire throughout the summer months at a small charge, although entry to the main beach is not regulated.
