This large and good looking bridge is one of the many great crossings on the River Seine at the very heart of Paris. The bridge has for a long time been a place that tourists would congregate in order to gain excellent views of the city and particularly the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower. In recent times the area has become famous because of the proximity of the bridge to the site where Diana Princess of Wales died in a car accident.
