It was in the 10th Century that the original structure of Saint John de Montineurf church was constructed, although the majority of what one sees today is the fine façade that is thought to have been added sometime in the middle of the 16th Century. One cannot help but admire the craftsmanship, and within there are even more treats that will please the eye, including the 19th Century giant organ and stained glass that was fitted around the same time.
