Salaunes Forest is a beautiful woodland area situated fairly close to the community of Margaux. The fine natural forest has been preserved by the local community as it is the home to a great deal of rare and beautiful plants and wildlife. These are best observed by following one of the many tracks that go through the forest and offer some delightful views along the way. It is the perfect place to escape the sunshine on a hot summer’s day.
