There are two swimming pools in the town and both are well used throughout the year. The excellent pool has first class changing and spa facilities built in, making for a relaxing day for all the family. Although the majority of the time the pool is available for lane swimming, at weekends and in the school holidays there are fun days and afternoons where floats and slides are made available to the youngsters in the pool.
