There are tours of the medieval town offered by the local tourist office every day in the summer months. They leave from the main office at the heart of the city and they offer you a two hour guided experience in a variety of languages, including English, which really bring to life the legends of the knights that have ridden these streets and the warriors who have met their match at these gigantic walls that loom above the city.
