Wine is one of the number one occupations in this area. The town sits on the foothills of a mountain range and is surrounded by vineyards as far as the eye can see. This small cave is open to the public throughout the summer months, to allow them to see a little more of how the wines are made and meet some of the characters behind it. It is of course a necessity that you try some of the produce and decide what you want to take home.
