The archaeology museum is dedicated to all that which has been discovered about the history of this town and the local region. It wasn’t until relatively recently that any sort of medium or large scale digging was done in the area, but as scientists have moved on with these projects, they have found more and more interesting examples of historic artefacts in the ground. This museum explores some of these finds and tries to piece together the history of the area.
