Bruno Paillard Champagne is a slightly smaller producer than some that are based in Reims, but nevertheless it is still regarded as one of the top producers in the world. To be called Champagne, the grapes must be grown and the wine produces in an extraordinarily small region of France, it is amazing there is enough bubbly to go round.
