This collection is housed in a former bishop’s palace that over a period of around a hundred years was developed between the 17th Century and the 18th Century. The beautiful museum is home to a large permanent collection of fine art works, paintings, sculptures and pieces of furniture ranging from the 14th Century to the 20th Century. Some of the most famous names in the European art scene are represented in the extensive range of galleries.
