Wine is an important part of the lives of the people of Alsace. This small scale wine producer is based at the heart of the community and offers tours of the cellar which has been in place for many centuries. It is a real treat to be able to talk to the people behind the wines, those that were responsible for growing the grapes and processing the product from start to finish. Of course this all culminates in a taste test before you leave.
