The Hotel Goyet de Livron is a spectacular piece of architecture, and home to the prefecture headquarters of the region. The architects have take very seriously the building of the grand structure, making it as fitting as is possible for such an important cog in the wheel of the republic. The majority of what goes on within the building is administrative, although the main entrance hall is open to the public to admire the fine antiques and paintings within.
