Similarly to the many winemakers who work out of this area, this cave is a fairly small scale operation. The majority of the grapes that are used to produce the world class white wines that they make are grown and sourced from the immediate vines that surround the area. It is an interesting experience looking at the machinery that is used, and finding out a little more about how the processes have and haven’t changed throughout the centuries.
