Known as ‘The Antiques’ this beautiful triumphant arch and small tower that stands next to it are raised up above much of the village. The arch is one of the most recognisable features of the local architecture, and although nowhere near as large as its namesake in Paris, a fitting tribute to a series of military victories for the French. The arch is delicately carved and has some pictures and famous words carved into it.
