This small wine producer is based at the very heart of the old town, and has been producing top quality wine for generations. As a town of artists, there has always been a need for the wine to flow and the interesting cave is open to the public to observe just how the processes occur, from grape to bottle. The experience of course would not be complete unless one was not allowed to taste samples of all of the wines on offer.
