The Museum of Normandy celebrates all that has happened in the region of Normandy on the northern coast of France. Throughout the centuries the small region has seen a lot of change and been involved in some spectacular events, most notably the Norman invasion of England in 1066 and of course the Normandy landings by Allied forces in 1944. These events and many others are illustrated and discussed within the museum.
