The local parish church is a great example of late medieval architecture and has been one of the most beautiful and dominant parts of the countryside for a great many centuries. Carved from local stone, both internally and externally the building is pleasing to the eye. Although still a regular place of worship, visitors are welcomed to browse the church and discover the treasures that lie inside, which include a good looking altar.
