This ancient village has a wall that runs around the majority of the outside, and when it was built would have been the last line of defence against armies that roamed the area in the middle ages. Today, the walls have become a great place to get a good view of the ancient streets of the village and of course to see the delightful countryside that spreads out for many miles in every direction. You don’t have to be an architect to admire this structure.
