The Regional Resistance Museum is a very poignant place for the people of this town and of the whole country. France was ravaged by war in the First World War and felt the effects of major occupation in the Second World War. In the latter conflict, the brave people of the resistance movement worked tirelessly to free the French people from the Nazi control. This museum celebrates and commemorates their achievements and bravery.
