This cemetery is positioned high above the main city centre in Toulouse. It is a vast area of burial, some even compare it to a city within a city. Throughout the ages some of the most important and well respected people of the community have been buried here. It is well worth a visit to this pace, even if you aren’t interested in those who have met their final resting place, the position of the cemetery affords wonderful views of the city and the surrounding countryside.
