The local theatre was constructed in 1889 and remains well over a century after it was built, one of the most popular evening entertainment venues in the area. The venue shows a great variety of productions throughout the year, attempting to appeal to all ages and tastes. There are a selection of traditional French classical plays every year as well as there being a good many more modern and challenging pieces for audiences to get their heads around.
