The Town Hall contains a great many galleries and artefacts that relate to the history of the community. Although also an administrative centre, the local authority have realise the importance of history to tourism in this area and have therefore set up a great permanent exhibition. It is a good chance to become a little more familiar with the long and interesting history of this city that dates back well over a thousand years.
