The vieux port is almost always a very important part of any French holiday resort by the sea, and this is certainly no exception. What would have once been an exclusively working fishing port has been converted into a tourist friendly area both for those who are using the dock, or simply just visiting. There are a selection of restaurant and cafes around the wharf that make it a great place to go for a meal, or simply sit and watch the tide roll in.
