Situated on the edge of Paris in this historic little town, this winemaker has a long history of producing good quality wines in this area. It is a real pleasure as a visitor to see how the wines are made first hand and to talk to some of the people who are involved in the entire production process, from the grape picking to bottling at the end. The main attraction of course is the chance to try the wines and decide which is your favourite.
