This wine cellar is one of a couple of small independent producers in the town. It is open throughout the year to tourists and local people who want to buy their wines direct from the source. The people who will show you around the caves and allow you to taste the wines before you purchase them are very passionate about the process and in many cases are actually physically involved in the making of the wine.
