The local church is an outstanding piece of design, built from regional stone and constructed using techniques that have been practiced in the area for many hundreds of years. Although the church cannot really be described as spectacular on the outside, it is a good looking and dominant form in a sea of secular constructions at the heart of the town. However, within, the dimly lit central areas of the church expose a wealth of great craftsmanship that are worth stopping to see.
