There is no better place to visit whilst you are in this small seaside town than the wonderful beach after which the community takes its name. The golden sands track the coast for several miles going straight past the main town centre and offering a wealth of facilities and refreshments for those using the beach. The area is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months giving peace of mind to parents with young children.
